On a lockdown? Looking for a crafty social that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home? If this sounds like you, then we’ve got you sorted! We Do Wellness Group and Laura Letters Life have teamed up to bring to you ‘Letter and Chill’, an online social and YOUR creative outlet.

The workshop will include guided mindfulness moments, brought to you by the We Do Wellness Group Team, helping you to free up the headspace you need to get into a calming and creative lettering experience, guided by Laura. Never practiced mindfulness or lettering before? No problem! We make it simple and accessible, no matter your level of experience.

This is an interactive social, you request the words and we’ll help you letter them, allowing you to fully observe the lettering process, step by step.

Oh, and did we mention our live prize draw? Purchase a ticket to our event and be in with a chance of winning some awesome prizes!

The winner will be picked at random during ‘Letter and Chill’.

We are proud to announce that our confirmed prize draw sponsor includes Mawish Food! More to be confirmed!!

🌈 Meet Sarah , the founder of the signature pink brand, Everyday Cosmeticss, a beauty wholesale e-commerce 🌈. We sat down together to discuss all things business, beauty, and best sellers!!
🌈🌻Struggling to find time for self-care? Why not try making your own face mask. Many homemade masks can be made with under 5 common household ingredients!! Not only are face masks quick and easy to make, but once on, it’s like a 15 minute escape, helping you to slow down, take in the moment and feel refreshed. We’re loving yogurt and turmeric masks at the minute. They’re perfect for reducing inflammation, getting some nutrients back into the skin plus, they have antibacterial properties, ideal for acne prevention #GetYourGlowBack 🌈🌻
🌻🌈Just a reminder! Inside and out🌈🌻
We all get things wrong sometimes, we all make mistakes but it’s when we hold on to past failures that it becomes self-damaging and emotionally tiring. Practicing self-forgiveness improves our emotional health, productivity and our peace of mind. 🌈
🌈🌻Some days, it be like that and that’s absolutely fine. Breaks are necessary. There are going to be days when you just don’t feel like it.🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️Give yourself time Sis, allow yourself guilt-free resting time🌻🌈
Sometimes you just have to dance like nobody’s watching, Sis! 🌈
